# TacticTalent — How Our Fees Work

TacticTalent is a specialist multilingual sales recruitment agency based in Barcelona. We work on a **success-based fee model** with no retainers and no hidden costs.

## Fee Structure

### Opening Engagement Fee
A small fixed fee is charged at the start of an engagement to confirm the mandate and cover initial search activity. This is credited against the success fee on a confirmed placement.

### Success Fee
The primary fee is a **percentage of the placed candidate's gross first-year salary** (base salary). The exact percentage depends on the seniority of the role:

| SDR / BDR | 15–18% of first-year base salary |
| Account Executive (mid-market) | 18–20% of first-year base salary |
| Account Executive (enterprise) | 20–22% of first-year base salary |
| Sales Manager / Director | 20–22% of first-year base salary |
| VP Sales / CRO / Executive | 22–25% of first-year base salary |

*Exact percentages are agreed at the start of each engagement and confirmed in writing before search begins.*

- Founder-led search (Morgann Mobry handles every mandate personally)
- Targeted outreach to passive multilingual candidates across Europe
- Native-level language assessment for all relevant candidates
- Structured candidate profiles covering language capability, commercial track record, salary expectations and availability
- Interview coordination and structured feedback facilitation
- Offer management and negotiation support
- Post-placement follow-up during the first 90 days

### Replacement Guarantee
Every placement includes a **3-month replacement guarantee**. If the placed candidate leaves within the first three months for any performance-related reason, we will re-run the search at no additional fee.

- Full success fee is payable only on a confirmed, signed hire
- VAT is charged where applicable under Spanish law

## Payment Terms
- Opening fee: payable on engagement confirmation
- Success fee: payable within 30 days of the candidate's start date

## Currency
All fees are quoted in EUR.
